Photos: To Snitch or Not to Snitch??

Here's a photo I took this evening, less than an hour ago:

Now, the explanation. I was in that Mcdonalds and had just left when I saw this bus parked in front. I took a quick snap and returned to find passengers actually on the bus. The operator was in the mcdonalds, having turned the bus off and leaving the hazards on. Now the question is was he/she there to get food or possibly use the restroom?

Well im against snitching but the other side of me is saying snitch but my own response is not to snitch. It has happend many times but im pretty sure he didnt went to eat but just for the restroom. but hey who know if this happend:
