I know this is awfully short notice, but Bob Broughman of VM informed me that as of Wednesday morning, they are short 5 judges even with the local Red Cross bringing in volunteers.  Lunch will be provided via driver pot luck.  If anyone wants a good excuse to come down to Roanoke, help would be appreciated!  I will be judging and can show you the ropes if you're not already experienced.

Once all the goats are rounded up, the German tourists are extradited, and the syrup trucks are returned, you'll have to admit that you never saw that one coming.

No big.  We had just enough people to cover things.  I judged Dimnishing Clearance (the barrels) for the first time and it was fun.  Lunch was a pot luck deal (the AGM loved my wife's mac and cheese!), and I donated the only door prize: a $25 gift certificate for Star City Customs.
