2056 has been gone for over a year. apparently no one knows what happened to it, but the last time it was online, it was showing that it was at CET at around 31 million seconds.

2008 is also offline btw, and 2018 is finally back online (which is good because that bus is an awesome screamer)

as for the Orion VII rehabs, after 2652 came back, nothing seems to have gone to Bladensburg yet...unless maybe it's one of Bladensburg's 3000s (possibly 3014; in addition to 3012 and 3015)

2525, 2618, and 2626 all have pretty long timeouts, too (around 600,000 each), so maybe one of those buses is its replacement; who knows.
Oh, and I forgot to mention; I saw 2033 at Bladensburg the other day, it's back at Western now. And it has been four months and seven days since 2711 arrived at Bladensburg; I think it has officially triumphed over 2593 for the second-longest stay at Bladensburg, with 2588 being the longest at about 7-8 months ( I believe you said it had a timeout of 20 million seconds at one point).

3012 looks like it was headed to Davidsonville P&R, so it may return to service soon (speaking of which, 2711 already went there but it's still not back...)

it's not down, just change the "www" to "webservices"
