Both yesterday and today, he has seen Reston Limousine cutaways on Ride On routes at Glenmont.  He says a driver told him they will be used on the 7, 8, and 31, though I don't think that was necessarily meant to be a complete list of where they might be seen.

Between this, the fact that I've only seen 35' buses on the 18 all this week (include some 1996 Gilligs!), and such odd thing as a 5400 on the VanGo, it makes me wonder if some of Nicholson's cutaways are on the blink? Maybe some of the Helldorados were retired before replacement Gilligs came in...

the 18 is now served by Silver Spring buses, the fact that there were no cutaways to see for a while is a coincidence I guess. when I went busfanning on monday, I saw 5400s on the Van Go, and baby Gilligs on other Nicholson routes, but then I saw a helldorado on the 8, so they're still around.

Edit - I forgot to mention...I saw 5402 on the 44 the other day, so now it looks like Nicholson has 5400, 5402-5405, 5408, 5414, and 5417-5423. Not sure if all the others are at Silver Spring, or if 5401 is at the training facility. Last I saw 5406, it was at Silver Spring, this was not too long ago.
