Yep. All of Metro's buses have the Orbital radios installed in them.

So that means they can also be tracked with NextBus. I thought only the buses with Clever Devices could.

Only in Chicago. Nextbus uses the Orbital data to track the bus's position and determines the estimated arrival times.
