Is it just me or does anyone else see some of Royal Streets busses come of the beltway from maryland...?
Route Rex destination Woodlawn.

I haven't since I'm rarely in that part of town, but I wouldn't be suprised if Royal buses are covering work in that area.

Royal does the W19. Maybe you be seeing the NIS buses coming off the W19 and going back to Royal.

If Royal does some MD routes...then they really should have a cross-Wilson Bridge route again, like the N11 was...seriously, why don't they?

Because no one was riding it.  Since the N11/N13 don't terminate where the W19 does, it doesn't make much sense to run the deadheads in service.
