CTA bus problems

What's to be done? Is your TA going to, possibly, negotiate with FTA and NABI about what to do???

This is a real conumdrum where the TA accepted the bid, conducted due diligence on the vendor, and received a substantially defective product.

I asked my AGM about that today and he wasn't sure what we're going to do.  I've shown him the articles that have been posted about the CTA situation.  They keep promising us to fix the problems, but it seems like if it isn't one thing, it's something else.

I'm not sure if we're in the position to just sideline the whole fleet because that would be a huge chunk of our available fleet.  If we hadn't disposed so many of our older vehicles when the newest New Flyers came in perhaps we could have benched many of them at least until they could get a good once over, but at this rate I don't know.
