Does anybody know the hot spots where I can find/ride a WMATA Surburban seating Flxible and a Orion II?

Montgomery has the suburban Flixibles and Rhode Island Ave Station (B8, B9, 82) and Friendship Heights (N's, E6) are your best bet for Orion IIs, especially during peak hours.

Montgomery has the suburban Flxibles, however, there's no hot spots for them, they're considered normal buses like all the others so they are likely to be found in any route.

For example, I saw 9833 on the K6 today...that's a regular route...

As for the Orion IIs...like OrionFlyer says...check out Friendship Heights, the E6 has them. Or you can try Tenlytown...where you might see some on the M4 or N8.

...or try Rhode Island Ave...they usually have them on the B8 or B9...I don't know about the 82 though. I think the D4 uses them sometimes as well...not sure about the D8 though...but both the D4 and D8 go to Union Station, so you can try there too.
