So far, these observations are not an April Fools joke:

RIDE ON:
More 1999 40' Orion Vs (non-CNGs) were on the 55 today. There was 1 35' on that route.

METROBUS:
2619 was seen on the R2 yesterday (see March 2009 Observations thread). Could 2620 & 2621, both of them PikeRide buses from Four Mile Run, be going to Bladensburg soon?

This one suprised me!!! 1 THE BUS D40LFR in new scheme at the facility and Unifentifed DE42LFA on the F4 then later saw a Metro Extra C40LFR on the REX. I spotted the 42LFA going back to CET.

I felt like riding buses today in DC and also I got a few surprises today and some pictures.

My observations. No April fool's here, honest. The ones with an * are the buses I was on. These are the order that I seen these buses.

6165 R12* Deanwood
6041 V14 Pen-Mar. What exactly is Pen-Mar?
2325 V7* Bureau of Engraving
5237 X2 Minnesota Ave Station
2620 V7 Deanwood Sta with a B block. I think it was BV04. Why is there a PikeRide bus at Bladensburg?

61XX on the M6 Naylor Rd Sta (only seen it on Pennsylvania Ave Southbound from the back. Couldn't see the number. But it was a New Flyer D40lfr)

Got off at College Pk Station and rode the Green Line back to Greenbelt and rode the B30 back to Baltimore. I think I had a great day today. I was lucky getting that BRT on the S9. It was the 3:00 PM bus that leaves McPherson Sq. Thats where I caught it.

Pen-Mar is a shopping center in Forestville MD situated between Pennsylvania Avenue and Marlboro Pike.

When they moved some of Landover's 30ft Orion Vs to Arlington/West Ox, 3907 was part of that "crew". Then I saw it on the 24P.
