Jonesy!  Great pics - those 5600s look great.

What powertrain do these new Gilligs have?
My favorite buses:
1989 SEPTA AN440: 19 years in service
1989 NJT Metro Bs: 21 years in service
1990 WMATA 93/9400 Flxes: 20 years in service!
1990-92 Ride-On Orion Is: 17-18 years in service!

Tell me again I have no taste in buses...

Nice photos, but could you do us a favor and indicate in the title of the thread what system/city you are posting about, as it is in most other threads?  A thread on this board could cover so many different places, and I find it helpful to know more about the thread content before opening it.

LandoverDivision

Jonesy, I think he knows the T/A, but what I think he's trying to say is state the T/A because other people might not know it when they first look at the pictures.

Nearly every other post on this forum indicates what city or TA the thread deals with, so everyone knows before deciding whether to click on the thread if they want to read it or not.  Your posts do not.  Since this section of the website is devoted to any TA outside the DC area, system info is very helpful and much appreciated.

Thanks.  Sorry if i came across overly harsh, but I found it frustrating needing to click every one of your posts to see what the subject would be.

Great shots, How old are those Gillig Phantoms?

Tritransit Area

They are fairly young, actually.  Only from 2003 if I remember correctly.  They came along with the first batch of low floor Gilligs.
