I agree. I rode 9768 on the 310 a couple of weeks ago. Gotta ride more of these to compare to Ride-On's new baby Gilligs.

Do the D35LFR's actually run on weekends? I haven't fanned Fairfax Connector in ages and I heard almost all their weekend service is provided by Orion V's.

Cool pics - I have yet to ride any of the Fairfax NFIs, and I have yet to see those D35LFRs...not that I'm running down there to catch them.

Exactly - any camera is merely a tool.  Knowing how to use one is what makes great photographs. 

While some of you are waiting to buy the camera of your dreams, do what you can to get the most out of the equipment you already own.  Learn about exposure, shutter speeds, ISO, white balance and aperture and how they work together to create a properly focused and exposed image.  With practice, using these will become second nature to you.  Then look at the images created by Trevor and other accomplished transit photographers.  If you have an EXIF viewer on your browser, check out the settings they used (if available).  Pay attention to how the photos are composed and what makes those images interesting, and look to emulate this the next time you are out taking pictures.

In fact the 35 footers, if they still do it, do most of the Sunday runs on everything but the 401.  It's been a while since I have been down there so it might have changed.

I think the cutaways came in 07. I remember riding one of them on the 380 when South county was installing their GFI boxes.

I don't think so, they came in before the Flyers came in which was in I think late 2005 or 2006.

Ah cool, there is something new!  I think the 2nd picture (of 7929) is of a Champion bus, though.  They do look great in that scheme!
