How about the DE62LFA's? Same time and distribution even if Northern's drivers are still apprehensive towards low-floors?

CUE (CITY OF FAIRFAX):
All, if not most of these buses (which are made up entirely of 30' Gillig Phantoms) are now equipped with bike racks.  The CUE's first order of Gillig Phantom buses (circa the late 1990s) originally had the green flip dot destination signs before they were replaced with the current orange LED destination signs.  The CUE's second order of Gillig Phantoms, which replaced all of the Orion Is, had the orange LED destination signs from the day they went into service.

Doesn't Western do the 98 anyway?
Blue Line Shuttle to Franconia-Springfield.

Want me to make a destination sign for you? Just send me a PM and I'll have it made in no time.

The 98 is the Adams Morgan Link.  Usually, the Orion IIs (another discontinued Orion model) would operate on that route.

Or the 30' Orion V's. Never saw a 40' bus on there until last night (and one of the Knight Rider-equipped 2190's was on there too). I know there is inauguration-related traffic but with the 98's low ridership isn't that a bit much. Perhaps it was the extreme cold...
