Unfortunately it's just to maintain the service they have and not expand.  They are just adding trips here and there and trying to rely less on the RTS's.   Still glad I am no longer there!!  I looked at their 'service changes' and had to laugh, or rather yawn when looking them over.  Their planning staff is in a period of transition so I know they're trying to go slow.

Just remembering my time there and comparing it to the magnitude of what we do out here is so much night and day.
