I know Landover used to have artics, and Northern currently have the Neoplans and the NF DE62LFA artics. Bladensburg has the Nabi BRT-60 CNG artics. Who else can use artics? Seeing there is 71 new artics coming soon, I would think that some depots may get upgraded?

Montgomery, FMR, Landover, Northern, Bladensburg, and I think West Ox and Shep Pkwy technically can although they never had any
Route Q2. Destination: Silver Spring Station

Well, FMR did had a couple of NABI BRT 60s when they were new for a few months.

FMR has a few of them when the H Street Streetcar Line was being installed with tracks. It was a pilot project for the 5A. The other half of the fleet was running on the R2 and U8. Bladensburg was still running 5200s along with 23/2400s on the X1, X2 & X3. WMATA did want the 5400s running on the H St. at the time.

I guess a better question would be, what other routes could use artics?

Landover used to always have 2 tics available to run the shuttle for Redskins games before LTC and Morgan Boulevard opened. It really depends on the route (especially if the run interlines), overcrowding and if a municipality is willing to pay WMATA. On certain streets, it's difficult to turn 40/2 foot bus. Image the difficulty doing it with a 60.

Yeah I know. That's why WMATA used to have 96 inch 40 foot Flexible Metros.

A 60 Ft Bus has a better turning radius of a 40ft as long as the driver knows how to drive. But the 80 ,B2 ,U2 ,96  ,92 ,A Letter Routes,79 ,F4 ,P12 ,C22 ,16's, Are the few i can name that could use tics. And also, the agency should use tics during late night/Weekends. And More tics on rail shuttles.

The 16 line and the REX in VA could use some too.
