Take a look through the sign posts and you'll see a bus shelter that I believe is likely to be the lowest on earth, about 1289 feet below sea level.  This is along Highway 90 in Israel, which runs alongside the entire length of the Dead Sea (Highway 90 has the distinction of being the lowest road on the planet).  It is possible that a second shelter, to my back when I took this photo for buses going in the other direction, is lower in elevation by a few feet, but if this is in fact just a few feet from the lowest point on earth (at the Ein Gedi Spa), then the bus stop in the photo is either the lowest or second lowest bus stop on the entire planet.
