Nice pic.  Now the confusing part.  Unless they're reseating the 2700s, I'm at a loss as to why this bus wasn't painted blue.

Not to hijack the thread with conversation, but given how the words "EXPRESS" and "LOCAL" have vanished from both recent repaints and bus orders, to what degree is WMATA still actively engaging in the dedicated fleets?

Anyone know which/when was the last existing bus painted with the EXPRESS/LOCAL wording? 
For that matter, is 2665 the only EXPRESS painted Orion VII and does it have any special seating to it?

Not that I know of. I spotted 2665 on the 7W at the Mark Center yesterday.
