2683 and 2710 going for a test drive down Annapolis Road. I followed these two from U.S. 50 to Veterans Pkwy to Annapolis, where they've been ever since.

West Ox: 4215, 4216, 4218, 4220-32, 4237 (total 17)
Royal: 4233-35, 4238-41, 4256, 4260, 4399, 4401-12 (total 22)
Landover: 4242, 4249, 4252-55, 4261, 4263-65, 4371, 4372 (total 12)
Montgomery: 4258, 4259, 4338 (total 3)
Northern: 4272, 4274, 4276, 4277, 4280-86, 4288-91, 4293, 4295, 4297-99 (total 20)
Western: "4359" (total 1)

Everybody else is either offline or at CET. Except for 4217, which is at Bladensburg.

The culprit? "2436" is actually 2136, and "11" is actually 2145.
(I thought it was too good to be true, but just in case it actually was true, I waited at West Falls Church for 2436, getting ready for a shot of what would have been such a rarity)


Take a look at Nextbus, 2136 shows no data, and neither does 2145.

Also, 2565 is still around, saw it on the 4 line at Rosslyn today

6016 is at Western, and 6030 is at Johnson Truck Center (wasn't it there at some point last year?)

In light of the Orion VI recalls due to the fires of 2028 and 2011, various buses are being run as replacements. Most of them are 42/4300s, but here are a few runs that you certainly don't see every day:
