If what I saw this afternoon is true, you might want to get your Flxible rides, pics and vids in fairly soon, because I thought I saw 6514 heading south on I-495, heading towards Route 50.  BTW it was in the local scheme.

These are the options that took with the initial order. There are alot of Flxs still on the fleet and they have to go sometime. The maintenance costs on them are high and getting new buses lowers the MDBF and the parts for the buses are easier to find for the LFAs than Flxs.

East Falls Church was a swarm of FMR 7s.  No 60' on the bus bridge shuttle - all FMR 40'-ers.  I was wondering if they would do a special opening of West Ox or something for the Orange Line shut down.

FFX Connector diverted their West Falls routes to East Falls Church as well so there were Orion Vs and their new New Flyers so it wasn't all CNG.  That small East Falls bus loop was as packed as I've ever seen it.

WMATA issued a press release stating that only 22 buses would be used for the shuttle at any given time as a maximum, no reason to think that FMR couldn't handle that on a weekend and still manage its pull out.
