There's an post at GGW with breakdowns on the options. What would everyone do if you were in the shoes of Catoe or Sarles with the Grahams or Zimmermans of the world breathing down your neck?

The choices of the 3 stations to be closed weekends are partially laughable: Morgan Boulevard, Deanwood, and Cheverly with the option of opening Morgan Blvd when an event at FedEx Field is taking place. I can get Morgan Blvd (no Metrobus service, no development or planned development near it, etc.), but two stations in a row, one of which could gentrify sooner than later? Metro must really be putting the pressure on PG (and Annapolis) with those choices.

I was surprised at this but there is actually some residential development at Morgan Blvd (I'm parroting myself, yes, get over it).  I happened to look up and to the left (of the outbound track) last time I was through there and saw ticky-tacky townhomes.  Honest.

Not sure if there's any "plan" for that area, but looks like the wheels are (slowly) turning.
