That might have been the same one I saw a few nights ago, when metrobus started running again.  The red looked kind of weird, dull, which would be now a why question, in that why would a Landover diesel LFR be painted in the express scheme.  That's Whymata for you.

Lately, there have been switchups in the assignments for the B30 introducing more 6100s and other coaches on there. I still wish some of the 6200 HBs (given 5 assigned B30 4390s) would head over to Landover since they have the overhead luggage racks and most are in highway service (ala J7 J9 Z9-Z29). Also, given Annex has the latter 4390s and all of the 4400s, they are only assigned to the P17, P19, W13, and W19, but this all depends on the Bussian Roulette.

I was going to note that I had seen 5444 going into Montgomery yesterday. Might the 62LFA's and Northern have not been a match made in heaven or might Northern be getting (back) all of Montgomery's remaining 5200's to balance it out?

Two general Ride On observations:

1: The low 5300's (the original 5750's) have had their interior numbers restored, but Ride On decided to use white stickers for both the front and the "bulkhead". Not so easy to see white-on-light beige as it is on black.

2: It looks like they've switched the "Stop Requested" voice to the original one that was used before "shtapp REQUISTED" began in late May of '08. Good call on that, Ride On!!
