Pictures were taken a couple of weeks after the LYNX light rail opened (11 24 2007). Being that I am not an aficionado of transit buses I need someone to identify their make and model so I can properly identify them in my photo catalogs.

Bus 948 looks to be a 40' lo-floor gillig

hard to tell exactly by sight alone

Whoever was driving, and departed the bus, didnt curb the wheels on the bus, before they left the bus. Even brand new buses, the parking brakes sometimes fail.
Can't go wrong, with a classic ANYTHING!

The first one is an earlier generation NovaBus LFS. The second one is a 40' second generation Gilllig Advantage Lowfloor

Lovely pictures.  It has been ages since I've ridden an LFS bus!
My favorite buses:
1989 SEPTA AN440: 19 years in service
1989 NJT Metro Bs: 21 years in service
1990 WMATA 93/9400 Flxes: 20 years in service!
1990-92 Ride-On Orion Is: 17-18 years in service!

Tell me again I have no taste in buses...
