It seems FMR does the 28 on weekdays too.

FMR only does the Baileys Crossroads cuts. I think they have a couple of rush hour runs that interline with a 28A before the run is done (23A hence FTxx).

Metro has 60-SFWs?  Are you talking about the American Ikarus 436s (5200 artics)?  These are neither NABIs or 60-SFWs.  American Ikarus became NABI in 1996, anything before then is not a NABI bus even though it looks, sounds, and feels exactly the same.

Hehe, it's basically some good natured ribbing combined with an educational note.  WMATA's oldest artics were built by the company that's now called NABI in 1995.  However, at the time they were built in 1995, the company was called American Ikarus, not NABI, and the bus model is called the 436.
