CET =  the late Carmen E. Turner; WMATA's first black female GM. A gracious professional who knew how to get things done.

A west Ox operator said that All the 3750's will go to West Ox. Im thinking it might be true.

Carmen E. Turner served as WMATA General Manager from May 1983 to December 1990. She also served as the under secretary of the Smithsonian Institution from December 1990 up until shortly before her death in April of 1992. Prior to joining WMATA she worked at the United States Department Transportation rising to the position of Acting Director of Civil Rights.
