Ok now iyesterday i posted on the Oct Observation page my buddy saw a DE62LFA Trainging. Some mod deleted the post htinking it  was fake so i posted again then today i saw 5431 and whoevere deleted that post HAHAHAHA I PROVED YOU WRONG! Next time some one says something you dont believe believe it anyways. Friday a west Ox operator talked to us about how the next 2 weeks the DE62LFA's will be coming in and future bus orders will be from New Flyer.  Ok now while we were walking to new carrolton from CET 5435 came out of no where. Here are some pics from CET.

It was probably deleted because "my friend" is a Grapevine source -- if you can't back it up, it doesn't belong posted here as general fact.  And again, that line about future bus orders from WMATA can't be proven either -- they might have a time-limited contract to purchase buses from New Flyer, but it's inaccurate, or at least imprecise, to say "future bus orders will be from New Flyer" - that erroneously implies that WMATA will never purchase another bustype.

Credit to landoverdivision for telling you about it.

Those are the NABI 60 BRT's. These are the New Flyer DE62LFA's.

Nice catch!  I am pleased - the DE62LFAs have rear windows!  Is this the case with the DE37LFAs as well?

Other than the hybrid propulsion system, not bad at all.
My favorite buses:
1989 SEPTA AN440: 19 years in service
1989 NJT Metro Bs: 21 years in service
1990 WMATA 93/9400 Flxes: 20 years in service!
1990-92 Ride-On Orion Is: 17-18 years in service!

Tell me again I have no taste in buses...

No, the 37fts don't have rear windows.

I can't wait to see the DE62LFAs on the 70/71 line, when Northern gets them. Although, Landover could benefit from these.

Also, where exactly is CET?
Blue Line Shuttle to Franconia-Springfield.

Want me to make a destination sign for you? Just send me a PM and I'll have it made in no time.

Me either, but rumor has it that the 2010 bus order is supposed to be more New Flyers so those might also have rear window but we don't know yet. And CET is across from the Landover Division in Landover Maryland.
