Those are some of my fondest memories of the '97/'98 Orion Vs, except those horrible Vultron signs.  The original wheels were also cool.

really? 6034 is a Montgomery bus (or at least it was, if Landover took it)

Quick question, have there been non B30 buses on the B30 all week?
Blue Line Shuttle to Franconia-Springfield.

Want me to make a destination sign for you? Just send me a PM and I'll have it made in no time.

I hope so but all I can say is that Landover might be resting all the airport buses.

Yes. Ive been seeing alot of B30 buses on regular routes lately since the month stare ted.  Even this morning i saw a B30 bus on the F4 this morning. Unless the new 63/6400's are getting the suburban treatment or some B30 buses are broken down and are in for repairs.

Right right well when that happen Annex we are going to send them with you down there lol, but one thing I am going to miss about the 4390's they had speed like hell on 295. 4394 was the best one it use to hit a clear 90 going up and down.

Ah yes send them here so they can strip them and put new seats in them lol, but for now it looks like they're staying at Landover but perhaps the Blade can take the B30 and put the 60BRTs on that route.

The B30 only gets busy at certain times of the year (Thanksgiving). That's the main times when they'll put the tics on the B30 to support the capacity. Other than that, it runs pretty well even with a good load.

In that case, the 5A is the one that really does need the artics...since most of the passengers are commuters trying to get to and from work from Herndon/Monroe Park and Ride

...but if that's the case, then there will be a lot of complications, such as the fact that the tics are all painted in the local scheme (not that it really matters but to some people it might), and where the 2700s will go, and the fact that only Bladensburg can receive FMR's buses...

that comes to my next possible solution, move some 2700s to Bladensburg for use on the B30...I know Landover does B30 but that can be changed. That's just an idea though...

I think an order of about 15-20 suburban seated, luggage rack-equipped clean diesel or hybrid buses would be a good idea for an exclusive fleet primarily for the 5A and B30.

Oh, I rode 4380 on the last B30 last night and saw 4379 broken down at the Southwest terminal stop at BWI.
