WMATA Southeastern/Southern Ave update

So I recently received a document regarding what is going on with the new Southeastern Division. IT"S NOT HAPPENING!! Apparently the latest news is they had "unsuccessful negotiations" for the property in which they were going to build on. I was wondering why it was taking so long to start construction and now I know why.
The proposed plan now is to rebuild the Southern Ave Bus garage from the ground up but would require the purchase of several properties around the division. The computer renderings of it look good but not as good as the original Southeastern Division site. Just giving you guys a heads up....

Another one bites the dust. At least West Ox will be ready. I think it is about time they rebuild Annex for the better.
