I got a good laugh out of it last night when I was watching the news because it has to be the STUPIDEST thing I've heard in awhile. Go WhyMATA

THE WASHINGTON POST article on the story quoted the bus driver as saying that he thought it was a funny thing to do!!!  The article ended with a METRO spokesperson stating that WMATA was seriously considering the driver's future with the agency.  What's there to consider: he attacked an iconic police dog in front of school children!!!  Put him on the street! Rideonrulez is right - WHYMATA?

rideonrulez, I agree.  I had to share this with my co-workers, because that man has got to be the stupidest person out there.

One can only picture a WMATA Flx pulling up to a stop, full of people, driver hopping out in uniform, puching the dog, and then hopping back in, and flooring it to drive away.

This is truly unbelievable that such moronic people are willing to sacrifice their jobs in these times to do something like this, especially with a sketchy past (prostitution? Oh my!). I'm wondering (hoping) that there is more to the story, because this is just CRAZY!!!

HAHA who cares how crazy it is? All I know is, if I was on that bus, I would've looked, took my camera out, laughed, and put this on YouTube because this would be one HELL of a video. Man, why am I never there when the good stuff happens?

Actually it's pretty embarrassing to WMATA and I hope they press charges against him.  It's pretty sad that this jerk felt the need to do something like this.  Fine time to jeopardize your job in this economy.
