I have heard about this from another DCATZ member earlier in the week but finally observed for myself today a Ride On Gillig Phantom on the #5 with an Orange LED sign. Didn't get a unit number though.

Just saw 7115 heading up Wisconsin at Tenleytown heading back to Western doing training.
