We strive to publish the facts and only the facts, but sometimes we get it wrong!

Please, so that we can catch these reports more easily and track them better, start a new thread if you would like to suggest a correction or clarification that has not yet been mentioned.  To make sure that we are correcting mistakes and not mistaking corrects, the following information should be included in an error report:

1) Identify the page where the error is -- this will eliminate confusion as to what specifically is in question.

2) Propose a correction -- if there's text you find misleading or something, propose something better.  This way, not only does it help to clarify the error, but it also makes it easier for us to figure out how to change it.  This is not required, only requested.

3) PROVE IT!  You can't just say we were wrong, you have to PROVE that we were wrong by linking to or attaching some sort of documentation.

Your help in improving the quality of the information on this site is very very very much appreciated :-)
