I maybe off but I think they are 2003-05.

Don't get me wrong I am not saying that Orion has been the only bus manufacturer who built some dudes.  Flyer, Gillig, NABI and Grumman/Flxible have had their problems, so Orion having theirs lately isn't anything new.  Neoplan had problems, so many problems, they don't exist anymore.
