On-board video advertising

A few budgets ago, WMATA proposed video advertising on trains and buses.  Recently, a tumor has begun to sprout from the ceiling of 2674 that looks like an LCD screen.  Looks like we're moving closer.

The screens on the LA NABIs on the Orange Line are much bigger and very thin.  They are mounted between standee poles at eye level - one in the front behind the driver and one in the back near the back door.

Milwaukee and ... at least one city in Florida, as well as Pace, have Transit TV Network (TTN), which uses pretty small screens in multiple locations...of course, WMATA has to do everything different!
