Can anyone provide an update on the West Ox Rd Bus Facility?  The last I heard, a dispute between the two unions was holding up construction.

Thanks,  Chuck

That 'rumor' was just that.  There is no way a dispute like that would all of a sudden surface after this was a known joint project for years.  That was such a ridiculous rumor.

Thanks Perry, it's going to be a beautiful and efficient facility in short order.

This is gonna be great, another CNG-capable facility with two TA's and a road that provides a good view of the facility (like Veteran's Pkwy and Carmen E Turner) - Fairfax County Parkway in this case.

Can't wait for this to be done, 84% complete as of July, wonder what it is now...

I think they're shooting for March move-in.

When West Ox opens, is that going to be another weekday only facility (for WMATAbus) or will it help Four Mile Run on the weekends as well?
My favorite buses:
1989 SEPTA AN440: 19 years in service
1989 NJT Metro Bs: 21 years in service
1990 WMATA 93/9400 Flxes: 20 years in service!
1990-92 Ride-On Orion Is: 17-18 years in service!

Tell me again I have no taste in buses...
