Hold up, is that going to be the last bus or is it just the highest so far? Holy crap I got to find those 1997 Orion Vs now!!!

If more are coming, then it's possible that the order could go up to the #7400s.

Possible stupid reply, are  those the buses that are in CET right now.  It seemed weird seeing more parked there when I thought the last of them were delivered and was going into service.  BTW that Foothill Transit NABI BRT is still there.  And if they are doing that, shouldn't they order enough to take care of the rest of the 98' Orion Vs?

What's a Foothill transit Nabi Artic doing here?

To go off topic, it's a 42 foot NABI BRT, not an artic, second, I don't work for WMATA so the real reason why it's there is beyond me.  The only reasons for it being there is that WMATA maybe looking at it for a possible future order, or maybe it's just stopping by various T/As from NABI to get possibly future orders.  WMATA have had various buses from different makers on occasion for various reasons to be evaluated.  Why it's truly there is beyond me and I can never truly answer that question since I don't work for WMATA.

I guess you're right. If WMATA is looking at the bus that would be odd, considering that WMATA was said to have turn down the model 5 years ago for the New Flyer DE42LFAs and spinoffs (DE62LFAs and DE37LFAs). I never like Nabi's 42 BRTs anyway and hope we don't get them. It would be cool if Metro did buy some 40LFW 3Gs for the next CNG order though.

That would make sense since the LAMTA order is almost done, and their NJT order is just about complete as well. They need more TAs to place orders, otherwise they'll be in the same boat as Neoplan, MTS, and (more recently) Orion. The only order that I know that they are working on at this time is Dallas Dart for 459 40LFW 3G CNGs.
