Saw this baby drive past me in Manassas on 12/29/12 at around 8pm, and decided to follow it. Its not often you see a Fairfax Connector bus driving around these parts on a weekend evening. When I followed it, I noticed the destination sign was in test pattern mode, there were no VA plates or stickers affixed and there were signs in the window that read "Advanced Auto Transport, Inc" . Realizing this was a brand new bus, I started to notice how small it looked. WHOA!! Its a 35' Xcelsior!! Grabbed my camera out of the trunk, and waited until the driver went to his room, then got these shots. I had no clue Fairfax Connector ordered these 35' buses so It was a pleasant surprise to me.
