01/17/2013: Megabus Van Hool TD 925 coach (double-decker) operating route M36 service between Pittsburgh and Washington DC on southbound I-270 at Route 28 in Rockville about 1:00 p.m.

Saw MTA Maryland New Flyer #11012 doing MARC shuttle duties at New Carrollton Station this morning.

01/27/2013: WMATA - #2723 operating Route 5A service between Dulles International Airport and L'Enfant Plaza Metro on eastbound VA Route 267 at Wiehle Avenue.  I paced this bus at speeds up to 70mph before it merged onto the Dulles Access Road - rapid transit indeed.

01/27/2013: Fairfax Connector - a very dirty Xcelsior #9468, covered with a week's worth of dirt and salt spray so deep that the underlying coat of yellow and red paint appeared white, operating route 505 service between East Falls Church Metro and Reston Town Center on westbound VA Route 267 west of I-66.
