Smartrip Vending Machines to be Installed Systemwide, Other Improvements Coming

I think the installation of Smartrip vending machines in all stations is long overdue.  I get that the decision to move to cashless parking nearly 10 years ago was a last minute one due to the money being siphoned off by the parking lot attendants, but I think they should have installed these machines systemwide a long time ago.
