Observations Threads moved!

After several comments about "important" items getting buried in the Observations threads, I have decided to experiment with moving Obs threads into a new forum called "Day-to-Day Sightings" just to emphasize that those threads are really for the mundane sightings of things that happen every day, like ... bus moves (unless it's something like New Flyers operating Four Mile routes), minor accidents and breakdowns, etc.  It'll also make some transition issues a little easier when DCATZ relaunches in 2011.

So, the Observations threads are now at: http://forums.dctransit.info/index.php?board=28.0 -- that's Present > DC > Day-to-Day Observations.

If it causes enough inconvenience, I have no issue moving them back, but I think it's minor enough of a change that has enough impact to make information easier to find that we won't have any major issues.  Feel free to bring it up in this thread, if that's the case.
