Shipping is another one of my hobbies so I subscribe to SHIPS MONTHLY magazine. In the August 2009 edition the magazine reported that the vehicle carrier ship "Tristan" had "obtained her green transport" which is a Lloyd's Register approved inventory of hazardous materials. "Tristan" is owned by Wallenius Marine AB. You may have seen one of their vehicle carrier ships in Baltimore wearing the name "Wallenius Wilhelmsen" painted in large letters on the side. Congratulations to our esteemed General Manager for having a ship named in his honor (lol)!
