Title: My TriMet Bus Sounds Page
Post by: TransitGuru1981X on June 02, 2009, 08:58:41 PM
Hi,

For all those of you who have an interest in hearing what TriMet's buses sound like, I have up a list of sound recordings of them:

http://www.savefile.com/projects/1073203 (http://www.savefile.com/projects/1073203)

Among them, I have a recording of a 1992 Flxible Metro "C" with a Cummins L10E and Voith D863.3.

I also have a 1990 Gillig Phantom with a Cummins L10 (mechanical) and Voith D863.3, as well as three 1997 Phantoms; two with a Cummins M11E Plus engine and Voith D863.3 transmission (#2101 and #2112) and the other with the same engine and the Allison B-400R5 WTEC transmission (#2162). These two recordings, along with a 2003 New Flyer D40LF (#2720, Cummins ISL & Voith D864.3) were divided into two parts due to length.
