Im in Whitefish, Montana and this was sitting in front of the musuem/Amtrak train depot. It was built by Kenworth and the rear doors are built to the height of the old RPO cars that ran the line(to ease unloading of the rail car). They used the Bruck till Amtrak took over the Empire Builder. It seats 21 passengers in front with there luggage and the rear was for the mail.
Cool, thank you. In the 1980's Trailways converted some of their Model 01 Eagle coaches into combination package express and passenger vehicles. They had the same configuration as the "Bruck" with passengers in the front and packages in the back with no windows.
In the 1950's thru 1970's (maybe later) Greyhound converted some Scenicruisers, MC-7's and MC-8's to combo's also. These were primarily used in the midwest, Texas and western Canada.
