Is every run on the 18R,S out of FMR or does Royal cover some?

I've seen both Orion 7s and Flx's (well, up until about a month ago) on that line out of Franconia-Springfield. I would have thought all FMR.

Royal Street does these routes also. I've seen Orion Vs on these routes alot.

I think both on most of the express routes out of virginia have a mix of FMR and Royal streel busses except for the 5A (all FMR) and 11y (all Royal) i think.
