Just left meeting as of last Thursday the 8 new buses from "NEW FLYER AMERICA" had to go back to the manufactor due to safety issues . stay tuned!!!!!!!!!
AW This bull what is wrong now? bomb in the bus? tires got nails in them? BTW before they were sent back did we only have 8 of them or are there more?
Safety issues! Interesting, I wonder what was flawed.
I guess buses like 9318 still get to [smoothly] chug along - yay!
According to another site, 2 WMATA New Flyer artics were spotted on the way down here from the New Flyer plant.
Well actually there maybe two D42LFAs sitting at Carmen E Turner as we speak, and they look to start coming in. I will pass by there tomorrow to confirm. Both look to be in either the "express" scheme or a modified version of the "MetroExtra" scheme.

Hmm...interesting how the CNGs are in the "local" while the energy efficient hybrids are in the "express" or "extra" scheme. I guess it is because the hybrids are going out to the burbs?
Well not all of the CNGs are in the local scheme, 2819 is in the express scheme. Not all of the hybrids coming in will be in the express scheme. In fact it is confirmed that there are currently 4 DE42LFAs sitting at Carmen E Turner and two so far are in the "Local" scheme and two are in the "Express" scheme. Also there are two baby Van Hools.
Who are the Van Hools for? Can't be Metro due to Buy America.
DC Circulator.

Hmm...what does the "express" scheme look like? Are there any pictures out there yet?
I have a pic of the LFAs in the express scheme.
Really? Can you post it?
I can't post it until Tomorrow (Monday). I'm using a phone until I can get a computer.
