1. 1976. At that time it operated between Rhode Island Avenue and Dupont Circle. Gallery Place didn't open until 1977 i think due to ADA concerns
2. 1999. Mid City connection from U Street-Cardozo to Fort Totten. A complete-ish Green line until 2001.
3. The Green Line shortcut operated from West Hyattsville (bypassing Fort Totten via the connection to the Red Line i forgot the letters) and Farragut North.
4. 2003 i think. I remember riding it when it first came out. I remember the routing traveling via 295 to I-95 to Edmonston Road going up to Cherrywood Lane. I guess since there was alot of congestion on the Beltway, they moved it to operate along Powder Mill to keep the buses running on schedule.
Last two I'm stumped on.
Didn't WES say Landover Division opened in the late 80s?
The Red Line just went to Farragut North in the beginning.
The Green Line Shortcut went to Greenbelt
I think the B30 started in 2001. I remember riding it when I was dating another girl prior to getting married in 2003.
Greenbelt segment of Green Line opened in 1993, I was at Shuttle UM at the time and remember that vividly.

when did the green line go full service to greenbelt? The line to Greenbelt from Fort Totten opened in 1993
what was the last stops on the green line in yrs 97-98? Anacostia, U Street, Fort Totten, Greenbelt
what year did the B30 start? 2002
what year did the non-atu union Landover garage open? 1988? Not sure on this one...
when did Southern Annex reopen for full division coverage? 2008

As for the green line full service question, the question seems a bit misleading. Does he mean when the line had straight through service from Anacostia to Greenbelt or when the Greenbelt-Fort Totten branch opened?

I could've sworn it was '07.
You're right, full service could either mean when the central part is open or the initial branch. It probably does mean when the whole thing was done....
And "full" Green Line service could also be considered to have started in 2001. We'll see when our answers are judged.
