The Economy Thread made me think of this one....
So, what are the gas prices in your area?
Here in the mountains....Regular just dropped today to 1.79/gal.
With the holidays here, we can keep each other updated to changes as we travel.
I bought gas for about 1.80/gal near Harrisburg a week and a half ago. On Sunday, I filled up in Ithaca for about 2.30/gal.
Well currently in Philadelphia the average gas price is around $1.87.
I paid $1.79 in Vegas yesterday. Avg. prices are ranging from mid 1.70's to 1.80's.
On my way home today I saw 1.79 a station near my house. I try to fill upat Costco when I'm in that area. Last time I was there (Wednesday last week) it was 1.61.
A friend of mine was down near Martinsville, VA over the Thanksgiving weekend and saw it in the $1.50 range...I know for us, the area around Winchester, VA is always cheaper
Today I saw $1.71 for regular at the Freestate here in Rockville Md.
Just saw 1.67 at the Sunoco and 1.69 at the Exxon and Shell on Landover Road, down the street from my house.

I could swear that Exxon said $1.77. I pass that same Exxon everyday but I didn't look at the price today. Chances are the Lowest Price on Annapolis Road by Capital Plaza says $1.69 maybe lower.
2.099/gal for regular and 3.099 for premium in Ithaca, NY. Yes, a one dollar difference between regular and premium. IIRC, the midgrade was about 2.30/gal.
I saw $1.57 today in Cumberland -- When I was watching Channel 13 (Baltimore) last night ... They were highlighting a station in Bel Air at $1.44
WTOP did their Price at the Pump feature this morning (they reverted back to this from Pain in the Gas) but I didn't pay much attention to it, I don't need to be reminded how much more expensive gas is here as opposed to back home.
