This was not the best day for DCATZ, technologically speaking.
For some reason, all the permissions on every file (Google Unix permissions) somehow changed to not allow certain activities - editing of any sort, especially.
I opened a ticket with our host to find out what the hell happened; it was a random thing that just got worse over the course of the day.
So, any error that says something about being unable to write to whatever, that is part of the issue. So far, photo uploads to both forums and image gallery, as well as quick reply posts, are known to have the problem.
If you use the Quick Reply box, you will receive an error but your post should still show up.

My webhost confirmed that the problem was on their end and has been resolved. Thank you for your patience as we continue to upgrade and improve your Metrorail system transit website.
