How many of these buses are still in service? I don't go to Downtown often, but when I do, I don't really see a whole lot of Orion Vs anymore (yes, I know that Royal has most of the 2000 Orion Vs). How many 1997s remain and is the XDE40 order over for the time being? I believe the highest unit was said to be #7254, so there should be atleast 65 1997 Orion Vs left (unless WMATA is expanding their fleet again).
Also, which depots still have them in service?
