Here is my most recent photo of the Jerusalem Light Rail testing, taken at Kikar Tzahal (near the Municipality and the Old City walls) back on August 2. The Light Rail is scheduled to open next Friday, August 19, but I started to hear rumblings yesterday that next Friday might come and go without the trains entering revenue service.
