Is it possible for Metrobus to operate an Express service between New Carrollton and Annapolis? A30 maybe?

Not feasible in the least. There is still the 922 and 950 that operate most of the stops the 921 stopped. They could allow for a few trips on either line to make a stop at New Carrollton.

If the demand (and funding) is there... why not?

MTA had the chance to do such a fix two years ago and choose not to do so. What would make things different now?
