Title: Judi Sq 4th Street side open for Early Voting, Who is Paying?

Although the costs of opening a mezzanine for two weekends is probably small (relative to the entire budget), I hope the DC government is covering the cost of this:

The Judiciary Square Metrorail station's 4th St. entrance will be open   from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., on Saturday, Sept. 4 and Sept. 11 for people   wishing to vote early at the District of Columbia Board of Elections   office located at 441 4th St N.W.

The Judiciary Square Metrorail station's other entrance along F St. is open seven-days a week.
