12 30-LFW CNG's will be in service by start of October and 4 already may be in service. 3 more 30' buses are due to come in 2011 as are 3 CNG/Hybrid buses. The 2011 buses are funded by stimulus grants and both orders look like they were piggybacks to the LACMTA order.
After this, I wonder how many cutaways would remain in the fleet. A couple have already been retired and have been replaced by leased buses in a red and blue scheme with no markings. Could the ghost of the pre-NABI fART be totally dead next year?
Retired my butt, they burned up and you can see them on YOUTUBE. Pieces of CRAP
Burned? Link, please?

There is another one or two there
I was in Leesburg today and I noticed that ART's leased buses came (or are recent retirees from) VRT. The numbering of those buses (160's) fits into VRT's scheme.
Has someone grabbed pictures of the "Red and Blue" buses yet? Tis interesting how fast they pulled the cutaways and other miscellaneous mini-buses off of the road for "back-up" duty it seems.
Aren't the "red and blue" buses also cutaways?

Yes. Some of ART's own cutaways are still running.
